Tim Weed

Very excited to be returning to Cuba from February 24 to March 4 with National Geographic Expeditions. It’s a great itinerary that includes Havana, Cienfuegos, Trinidad, and the Bay of Pigs, and features visits with historians, architects, judges, artists, musicians, and many inspiring individuals and community groups. I’ll be giving informal lectures on Cuban history and Hemingway, and doing my best to facilitate meaningful contact between the National Geographic travelers and Cuban people. I’ll be mostly out of Internet range for that time, but if you send me a note I’ll get back to you as soon after 3/4 as I can. Viva!
